About Us
Charity VanCleve, DPT, owner/president
Charity has been practicing physical therapy for 13 years and has a background from multiple settings including inpatient, outpatient, home health, vestibular rehab, and wound care and lymphedema treatments. She is a licensed certified athletic trainer and completed her undergraduate and graduate studies at Clarke University. Charity is originally from Colo, IA and has lived in Dubuque for 19 years. She is active in the community and enjoys spending time with her husband and friends participating in recreational sports including slow pitch softball, bowling and dart leagues.

Sydney Tigges, RA
Sydney is a current student at Clarke University, majoring in Psychology and pursing a graduate degree in Physical Therapy. She was born in Dubuque, a graduate of Dubuque Senior High School. Sydney is also an athlete at Clarke where she continues her softball career. In Sydney’s free time she enjoys doing recreational activities such as playing basketball and softball. She enjoys spending time with friends and family.
